Mission

The mission of Technology Learning Services is to provide technology learning resources and services in support of the educational mission of Madonna University.

The philosophy of Technology Learning Services is to be service-oriented, flexible and responsive in meeting the instructional technology needs of the teachers and learners of the Madonna community.  In an attempt to stay abreast of this rapidly changing field, the staff evaluates current technologies and examines new technologies for the delivery of education.  Most importantly,  Technology Learning Services works closely with faculty so that planning and investments in instructional technology resources are driven by the users.  Technology Learning Services has a qualified and caring staff that supports and believes in the educational mission of Madonna University and the mission and philosophy of Technology Learning Services.

Services and resources include the computer labs, the IT Help Desk, instructional design,  software training and support for faculty, staff and students, classroom technology support,  classroom scheduling, videotaping, TV Studio and multimedia production, the TV program, video editing, photography, support for on-line courses, satellite  conferences, audio conferences, web conferences,  interactive television, presentation and visual aids.
