ADRIAN, Mich. --
Junior golfer Jon McMahon (Windsor, Ontario/Massey HS) fired a 75, tying
for sixth place at the third WHAC Jamboree
at Lenawee Country Club in Adrian on Saturday.
As a team, the Madonna men's golf team finished fifth after carding a 317 and
finishing 24 shots out of the lead. Davenport University shot a combined
293 (+9) to win their third straight event this fall.
Aaron Cheeman (Canton, MI/Salem HS) finished second on the MU squad after
posting a 77.
The Crusaders are back on the links Tuesday, September 19 at the Polo Fields
Country Club in Ann Arbor for the fourth WHAC Jamboree, hosted by
Concordia University.
