Beth Hubbard enters her second year as a full-time Athletic Trainer at Madonna University after five years as the Head Athletic Trainer at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Hubbard’s athletic training career started at Hope College, where she graduated Cum Laude in 1999.  While majoring in Athletic Training, Hubbard worked with a variety of the Hope’s athletic teams and performed clinical rotations at Lakewood Family Medicine, Holland Hospital rehabilitation clinic and Zeeland High School.

After leaving Hope College, Hubbard served as an intern with the Pittsburgh Pirates and the West Michigan Whitecaps before serving as a graduate assistant at Indiana University.  Hubbard also spent two years working as an athletic trainer at the OSMC Rehabilitation Services and The Center for Sports Medicine before completing her master’s degree from Indiana University in 2000.

Prior to joining the Madonna University staff, Hubbard’s duties at Calvin included providing athletic training services for 15 varsity and four junior varsity teams.  Hubbard also supervised a staff assistant athletic trainer, several student athletic trainers and training room aides.
