LIVONIA --
Madonna University women’s soccer coach Mark Zathey announced today the addition
of Howell high school standout Kaila Moore to the Madonna women’s soccer program.
Moore has
officially signed her letter of intent and will enroll at Madonna and compete
in women’s soccer starting this fall.
“Kaila is another great addition to our program as we continue to add to what
should be a very good 2006 team,”
says Zathey. “She is a good soccer player and a good person, two ingredients
that are very important to me.”
Moore comes to MU from Howell high school where she lettered for three years in
soccer and twice in volleyball. Moore was named a Kensington Valley
Academic All-Conference selection as a senior while being named team captain.
Moore is the ninth
player to sign a letter of intent with Zathey for the 2006 season which gets
underway August 21, 2006 at Houghton College (NY).
