		Stephanie Piotrowski was limited to just three points in MU's 76-45 loss at Taylor on Saturday afternoon.

TAYLOR, Ind. -- The Madonna women's basketball team shot only 26% (14-of-54) from the field in a 76-45 loss at Taylor University on Saturday afternoon.

Alyssa Guerin (Plymouth, Mich./Plymouth Salem HS) was the only Crusader to break into double digits after scoring 12 points.  Sophomore Christie Carrico (Waterford, Mich./Waterford Mott HS) added seven points and seven rebounds in the loss.

The Trojans forced 18 MU turnovers, which turned into 25 points.  Taylor also won the battle of the boards, pulling down 46 rebounds while Madonna was limited to just 28.

The Crusaders return to action on Friday, Dec. 29 at the Las Vegas Classic.  Madonna will take on South Dakota Tech in a 4:00 p.m. (ET) start on Friday and finish up the tournament on Saturday, Dec. 30 against Campbellsville (KY) at 8:00 p.m.
