Caryn Inman posted 15 kills and six total blocks in MU's win over Warner Southern on Thursday.

LAKE WALES, Fla. -- Senior middle hitter Caryn Inman (Oxford, Mich./Oxford HS) recorded 15 kills while guiding the Crusaders to a 3-0 win (30-13, 30-16, 30-21) over Warner Southern on Thursday evening in Lake Wales, Florida.

The win is Madonna's 23rd in a row and keeps head coach Jerry Abraham within one win of tying Paul Swanson (Mount Vernon Nazarene) for the NAIA all-time career wins lead.

Sophomore
Lubovj Tihomirova (Riga, Latvia/Rigas Gymnasia HS) tied Inman for the team lead with 15 kills.  Inman also posted a team high six blocks, including five block assists to lead Madonna.

Three Crusaders recorded double digit digs with junior libero
Jacqui Gatt (Livonia, Mich./Churchill HS) leading the way with 13.  Sophomore Whitney Fuelling (Milford, Mich./Milford HS) and junior defensive specialist Amy Szymanski (Redford, Mich./Ladywood HS) turned 12 and 11 digs respectively.

Freshman setter
Inta Grinvalds (Portage, Mich./Portage Central HS) collected 22 digs.  Freshman Natalie Niblock (White Pigeon, Mich./White Pigeon HS) finished right behind Grinvalds with 17 assists.

The Crusaders will return to action on Halloween night (Oct. 31) in a 7:00 p.m. (ET) contest with Aquinas in the Activities Center.
