GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The ninth-ranked Madonna Crusaders posted a 3-0 win over Aquinas College by scores of 30-10, 30-18, 30-19 on Tuesday night in Grand Rapids.

Lubovj Tihomirova (Riga, Latvia/Rigas Gymnasia HS) posted a team high 15 kills in the win over the Saints.  Caryn Inman (Oxford, MI/Oxford HS) also recorded double digit kills with 12 and a game high .614 hitting percentage.

Freshman Inta Grinvalds (Portage, MI/Portage Central HS) posted 30 assists and guided the Crusaders offense to .344 hitting percentage.

Junior libero Jacqui Gatt (Livonia, MI/Churchill HS) led all players with 20 digs.

Madonna will return to the court in a league match against Indiana Tech on Thursday, Oct. 5 at 7:00 p.m. (ET) in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
