2003 (Junior): Earned first-team All-Conference honors as a junior while dealing with a torn labrum in her left (hitting) shoulder...took on a more defensive role while playing through the injury, finishing second on the team in digs with a career high 681...also also recorded 83 blocks and 94 assists in 153 games...posted a season high 18 kills in victory over UM Dearborn (10/3/03) while recording 23 digs in the same match...career high 28 digs came October 25th versus Bethel her 10th double-double of the season...finished 2003 with 14 double-doubles.
 

2002 Sophomore Season: Played in 165 games in her second season...Posted 497 kills (3rd on team) and 79 attack errors, in 1090 attempts (3rd on team) with 3.01 kills per game (3rd on team) and a hitting percentage of .383....Accumulated 75 service aces...Compiled 560 digs (3rd on team) and 3.39 digs per game. Totaled 21 block solos, 60 block assists, 18 errors and 81 total blocks with 0.53 blocks per game....Ranked 4th in the WHAC in hitting percentage, 6th in kills and eighth in digs... Had season high 18 kills versus Olivet Nazarene August 31st...Posted double digit kill totals 27 times...Season high 15 digs came August 31st versus Point Loma...Was selected as WHAC First Team All- Conference and recognized as a First Team All-Region member by the NAIA....Named Honorable Mention All-American...Came up big down the stretch, compiling double digit kill totals in each of the Crusaders’ six NAIA National tournament games... 

2001 Freshman Season: Played in 127 games in her first season as a Lady Crusader after coming off a medical hardship season. Posted 396 kills (3rd on team) and 63 attack errors, in 874 attempts (2nd on team) with 3.12 kills per game (4th on team) and a hitting percentage of .381. Had 11 assists in 65 attempts with 0.09 assists per game and a .169 assist percentage. Accumulated 58 service aces in 593 attempts (2nd on team) with 21 errors and 0.46 service aces per game. In 390 serve reception attempts had 44 errors with an .887 passing percentage. Compiled 398 digs (3rd on team) and 3.13 digs per game. Totaled 11 block solos, 39 block assists, 11 errors and 50 total blocks with 0.39 blocks per game. Had season high 19 digs against the University of Michigan-Dearborn on October 23 and a season high 21 digs on August 24 against Hillsdale College at the Madonna Invite. Was selected as WHAC Second Team All- Conference and recognized as the outstanding Freshman of the Year. Best overall performance was on September 7 versus Huntington College: 19 kills, 2 errors, in 32 attempts with a .531 attack percentage, 2 service aces, 11 digs and 1 block solo. 

2000 Season: Medical hardship season. No games played. Retains four years of eligibility.

Livonia Franklin High School: Tera earned a school record 11 varsity letters at Franklin High School as a standout volleyball, basketball and softball athlete. As a senior earned All-Conference, All-Area and All-Metro honors. Also named to the Michigan High School All-Region and All-State Team. Leading her team in every offensive category, was voted Offensive Player-of-the-Year and chosen as her teams Most Valuable Player. One of the area's best all-around athletes, earned four varsity letters in basketball where she was voted All-Division (three years), All-Area (two years) and team MVP (two years). Starred also on the diamond as a stellar softball athlete earning four letters while once again being selected All-Area, All-Conference and All-Region. Also became her team's MVP. Outside her competition in athletics, Tera also shined in the classroom as a honor roll student. She was also involved in student congress and class council. Tera completed her fabulous high school career by maintaining a 3.85 cumulative GPA.

High School Coach: Mary Helen Diegel 

Club Ball: Competed with the Crusader Junior Volleyball Club for six spring seasons. Led her AAU team to several local tournament championships, three State Championships and a 7th place finish when playing with her 16 and under team. Participated in six AAU or USVBA National Tournament Championships.

"Another of our upperclassman who will be looked upon to provide great things in her senior season. A very gifted all around volleyball athlete who always performs best at crunch time, in the most pressure of situations. A scholar volleyball athlete with excellent court sense and passion for the game. Considered one of the top players in the country as a right side attacker and blocker. This 5th year senior has the skills and ability to attack with a variety of power and off speed shots and performs as one of out best all around passers and blockers. We'll again rely on Tera to provide leadership to our younger players. A fierce competitor who truly loves to win. Features a strong, aggressive serve and will compete as one of our primary passers on serve receive. Will play an integral role in both our offensive and defensive schemes. Crusader fans will watch Tera compete and complete her brilliant career as one of the nations best volleyball athletes"
