Season Ends As Comeback Falls Short At Tech
In one of the most exciting games all season long, the MU men's basketball team rallied from down 15 points in the second half only to see it slip away, falling 70-67 to host Indiana Tech Saturday afternoon.  DJ Bridges led MU with 24 points while Charlie Henry added 18 in the loss.   MORE

Crusaders Rally For Playoff Victory, 70-67
The MU men's basketball team rallied from down 14 points in the second half to defeat #6-seed Siena Heights in the first round of the 2008 WHAC Championship Tournament Wednesday night.  DJ Bridges scored a team high 18 points to lead MU into the semi-finals Saturday afternoon .

Bridges Repeats as First Team All-WHAC, Six Crusaders Honored in All
In a vote of the eight Conference coaches, Madonna senior forward D.J. It was announced by the conference office on Monday that Madonna senior guard Jon Battle (Cleveland, Ohio) was named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week ending Feb. 17. The award marks the fourth time this season Battle has been honored by the league. MORE

A career best 30 points and 14 rebounds from Jon Battle (Cleveland, Ohio) helped the Madonna (17-12; 9-4 WHAC) men’s basketball team score a 76-70 come-from-behind win over visiting Concordia (10-18; 6-6 WHAC) on Saturday inside the Activities Center. The Madonna University men’s basketball team completed the season sweep of the University of Michigan-Dearborn on Wednesday night with a 72-63 win inside the Activities Center. Tournament MVP Charlie Henry scored 21 points to lead the Crusaders over Albion College in an 86-80 victory to close out the Michigan Education Credit Union Tournament at MU.
