Mariel Meyers shot a team best round of 95 as
the MU women's golf team participated in the
Tri-State Invitational Saturday afternoon.
Myers was the lone Crusader to break the century

The WHAC office announced today that Goose
Steele and Mariel Meyers
were named to the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic
Conference women's golf all-conference team.
Steele was named to the first team, while Meyers

Caitlin Steele fired a round of 88 to tie for
fifth place individually as MU finished second
at the fourth WHAC Jamboree of the season
Wednesday afternoon. The round of 376 was
14-strokes behind host Aquinas, the highest
finish ever for Madonna in a WHAC event.

Caitlin "Goose" Steele made history Wednesday,
firing a 16-over-par 88 to win the second WHAC
Jamboree of the season at Quail Ridge Golf
Course. Steele becomes the first women's
golfer in school history to earn medalist honors
in a WHAC jamboree.

jamboree played at the Polo Fields Country Club
in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Tuesday. Freshman

with a seventh place finish led by Ashley Laws,
