Pair of MU Golfers Named NAIA Scholar Athletes

OLATHE, Kan. -- A pair of Madonna University women's golfers were named to the 2007 Daktronics Scholar Athlete team in a statement released by the NAIA today.

Seniors Kassi Jacob and Lisa Rodriguez were both honored for their achievements on and off the course.

Jacob, a marketing major from St. Mary's high school in Gaylord, Michigan and Rodriguez, an English and Speech Communication major with a minor in Television and Video Communication from Farmington Hills, Michigan were named to the squad after carrying a 3.5 cumulative grade point average or higher this season.
